About this assessment

What this test explores

This strengths test looks at ten broad areas that can feel more or less natural in everyday life. It is designed to help you notice patterns in how you communicate, reason, create, relate to people, use your body, and respond to the world around you.

  • Verbal, logical, spatial, and creative preferences
  • Interpersonal and intrapersonal strengths
  • Musical, bodily, naturalistic, and aesthetic interests

How the result is calculated

Each of the 40 statements is rated from 1 to 5. Four statements contribute to each of ten dimensions, producing a dimension score from 4 to 20. The result highlights the three highest dimensions rather than combining everything into one personality label.

How to read your result

A higher dimension means those activities felt more natural in your answers today. A lower dimension is not a weakness and may change with practice, opportunity, confidence, or context.
