About this assessment

What this test explores

This short follow-through test uses public-domain personality items related to conscientiousness. It focuses on preparation, order, attention to detail, routines, and completing responsibilities rather than productivity hacks or moral judgments.

  • Preparation and attention to detail
  • Order, schedules, and putting things away
  • Starting chores and following through on duties

How the result is calculated

The ten statements use a five-point accuracy scale. Four negatively worded items are reverse-scored. The adjusted raw range of 10-50 is normalized with (raw - 10) / 40 x 100 and divided into descriptive quarter ranges.

How to read your result

The ranges are descriptive, not population percentiles. Follow-through can change with workload, energy, attention, environment, health, interest, and the amount of control you have over a task.
