About this assessment
What this test explores
Scan ten everyday pressure areas, including relationships, sleep, workload, money, health, and the wider environment. Think about the past two months and rate how often each pressure has been present. The purpose is to make the pattern in your answers easier to see, not to assign a permanent identity or professional conclusion.
- Relationship strain
- Work or study withdrawal
- Health concerns
- Eating disruption
- Sleep disruption
How the result is calculated
The assessment contains 20 experiences. Answers are scored separately across 10 dimensions. Each dimension is normalized to a 0-100 response range so you can compare patterns with different numbers of items; the site does not force those dimensions into one misleading total.
How to read your result
Compare the shape of the scores rather than trying to maximize every dimension. Higher scores mean that pattern appeared more strongly in these answers; lower scores may be equally useful and are not automatically weaknesses.
Source and use
Authorized English adaptation of the non-crisis 20-item stress-source section in 心理压力测试量表.docx; grouped by the source's ten pressure areas.
Quizzpy presents this material as an educational self-assessment. The result is based on self-reported answers and should be kept in context.
